The perfect balance of white chocolate and toasted Italian hazelnut. This sauce can be served hot or cold, even with dispenser/pump. High-quality sauce with a great chocolate-hazelnut flavour. Many applications possible on sweet products and desserts. This chocolate does not solidify and therefore retains its full flavour. Practical advantage in use is that the chocolate does not need to be heated to refill bain-marie or serving unit.

Our Ecco bags are designed for convenience and efficient use. You can easily mix the contents by gently kneading the bag. Thanks to the handle on top and the large pouring spout, you can measure out exactly the right amount without spilling. The product comes in a box containing two bags, ready for immediate use.
