Liquid white chocolate cream! The chocolate can be served hot or cold, even with dispenser/pump.
High-quality sauce/cream with a great white chocolate flavour. Many applications possible on sweet products and desserts. This chocolate does not solidify and therefore retains its full flavour. Practical advantage in use is that the chocolate does not need to be heated to refill bain-marie or serving unit.
