Maintenance and Repair at Mister Pop

Mister Pop offers a comprehensive maintenance and repair service for all machines purchased from Mister Pop. Regular maintenance is essential to keep your machine functioning properly and to prevent problems in the future. You can drop off your machines with us for maintenance or repair or send them to us.

Our service includes:

  • Maintenance and Repair: Our expert technicians will get your machine working like new again. 
  • Warranty: If the repair is under warranty, the costs are ours. For all other cases, the maintenance and repair costs are at your own expense.
  • Timeline: We strive to complete all maintenance and repairs within 10 business days.
  • Return shipping: After the repair is completed, you can pick up your machine from us again or we will send it to you. Shipping costs are at your own expense unless the repair is under warranty.

How it works. 

  1. Contact: Call or email us to report the problem and agree on procedure. 
  2. Drop off or send: Bring your machine to our store (by appointment) or send it to us. 
  3. Repair: We’ll start working for you, we will inform you when the machine is ready again. 
  4. Pick up or shipment: As soon as the maintenance or repair is completed, you can pick up your machine or we will ship it to you.
