This delicious Speculoos praline is 57% filled with crunchy biscuit pieces, providing a perfect balance between creamy and crunchy. Ideal as a filling or topping for oliebollen, churros, waffles, crepes, poffertjes and donuts.
Want to use the praline as a topping? Then heat it up to 35°C for a smooth and spreadable texture. Do you prefer a highly liquid sauce? Then take a look at our Ecco sauces or select Sauce in the Topping/Filling filter.

Souplesse coatings - Various Flavours
Souplesse is an easy-to-process chocolate coating (fondant). The buckets contain 3 kilos and are ideal for decorating all kinds of sweets such as Churros and Waffle. Souplesse becomes firm but does not break. The coating is resistant to freezing, after thawing no condensation will form on your creation. Heat the buckets in the microwave for three minutes. Stir the coating well and scoop out the desired amount with a spoon.TIP: Use this together with one of our sauce warmers.Recommendation for use: heat to a temperature of ±50°C. Depending on the desired layer thickness, process at a temperature of 25-35°C. Cool product after coating/decorating.
