Souplesse becomes firm but does not break. The coating is resistant to freezing, after thawing no condensation will form on your creation. Heat the buckets in the microwave for three minutes. Stir the coating well and scoop out the desired amount with a spoon.TIP: Use this together with one of our sauce warmers.Recommendation for use: heat to a temperature of ±50°C.
