Churros are traditionally made with a dough prepared with boiling water. Mister Pop has a special mix that is prepared with cold water. Very tasty and crispy! TIP: Is your dough too firm because of the cold? Put your bags of mix in a warm place. Use room temperature water if necessary. Souplesse is an easy-to-process chocolate coating (fondant). The buckets contain 3 kilos and are ideal for decorating all kinds of sweets such as Churros and Waffle. Souplesse becomes firm but does not break. The coating is resistant to freezing, after thawing no condensation will form on your creation. Heat the buckets in the microwave for three minutes. Stir the coating well and scoop out the desired amount with a spoon.TIP: Use this together with one of our sauce warmers.Recommendation for use: heat to a temperature of ±50°C. Depending on the desired layer thickness, process at a temperature of 25-35°C. Cool product after coating/decorating.
