A stroopwafel is an originally Dutch waffle eaten worldwide. The product consists of two round dough waffle halves, with a diamond pattern, with sweet syrup in between. The stroopwafel is also known as Siroopwafel. The mix is packed per 10 kilos and available to order, with a minimum order of 25 bags.
Mixing ratio: 1 kilogram of Syrup Waffle mix + 275 ml litres of water
Mixing: mix for approx. 3 minutes in medium gear with a dough hook, making dough balls of 50/60 grams
Portions per kilo of mix: 22-25 waffles
Preparation:± 1.45 minutes baking at 200 degrees Celsius in Waffle Iron
